Since our service is completely organic, we can't provide specific growth estimates. Typically accounts we grow to gain anywhere from 500 to 1,500 followers per month depending on your specific growth plan.

What kind of growth plans do you offer?

We have two growth plans. All plans include a Personal Growth Assistant that will help you gain followers via manual interaction growth. The Lite Growth plan includes 75% of your maximum growth, while the Advanced Growth plan includes the max growth and specialized help from your Growth Assistant.

How do you keep my account safe?

We offer completely manual, organic growth. We don't use harmful bots, automation, or AI to grow your Instagram account. We don't use any third-party apps, either. A real person grows your account on a real smartphone. It's completely safe!

How do you respect my account's privacy?

We only follow and unfollow when we are logged onto your account. We never violate any of your privacy. We never look at your DMs, comments, or sensitive information.

Do you need my Instagram password to grow?

Yes, your Growth Assistant will need your password to grow your Instagram account. We have a secure, encrypted process that allows you to safely submit your password to your Growth Assistant.

Where will you log in from?

Your Growth Assistant will log in from a location close to you. Currently, we support 120+ countries worldwide. We will usually try to log in within a 250-mile radius, if possible. This helps keep your account more secure.

How We Manage Your Subscription

How can I add another Instagram account?

You can add another Instagram account to your Instagram dashboard in the Member's Area. You will need to complete the checkout process again to add another account. You can add an unlimited number of Instagram accounts with socially elevate.

Do you offer free trials? What is your refund policy?

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial on all our growth plans. If you have any pre-sale questions, please contact us using the chat button on the bottom right of your screen. You are eligible for a full refund if we are unable to reach our growth guarantee.

How do I update my payment information?

Depending on your payment method, you may be able to change your settings in the Member's Area. You can also contact us if you need help

How do I cancel or renew my subscription?

Your subscription will be automatically renewed every month by default. If you decide to cancel or pause your subscription, you can do so in the Member's Area
